Twinge-relaxed management again!
I bought the Imak knee strap after having a dearest/antagonism relationship with my one-time knee strap (one of the lycra/sparkle rubber McDavid straps). In every block the McDavid strap is lacking, the Imak strap is so much sick. The McDavid has a set aside "through and into" connection; the Imak has two: one to fare the strap in all set, the other to maintain the fit of the strap around your leg. The Imak strap breathes much more wisely than the McDavid, and makes for a more complacent run. If you have "jumper's knee" or other patella-effecting disability, this should be the strap you should buy. The McDavid may be cheaper, but it's not as remarkable as the Imak.

Liking the strap, but came distinctly in 2 weeks using only 4 times :(
Pros: This strap has settled me replacement and a manifest character in decreased exertion. Even truss growing up stairs, which is problematical with knee tendonitis. I do pilates reformer and on wonderful settled, so I penury this advance. You can change and tighten the straps to fit duly. It has a coupled strap and it does not slip or check in off when exercising or walking. On the propitious of the strap, there is a docket / pillow full of petite beads that molds and presses against the front tendon below the knee. Works vast, but you cannot kneel with the drill on. Cons: Both straps came singly with use a behaviour of times after 2 weeks. The stitching is not very locked up. It has choose untied stitching. That is why I gave it 3 stars, otherwise I would have inclined it 4 or 5. Prompting to Imak fabricator: You have a talented artefact, so don't have it associate with to.
